As the world´s leading manufacturer of rotor blades for wind energy turbines we have been contributing for almost 20 years to a successful energy transition with our composite products. Thanks to their unique characteristics, composites are as if predestined to be used for highly efficient heat storage tanks. Thus, we are also focusing our competences on another area in the energy sector: storing heat, which has preferably been generated by renewable energy sources.
